Music
I'm not that musical - I'm a tinkerer. I have an acoustic guitar, electric guitar, semi-acoustic, bass, banjo, mandolin, ukelele, tin whistles, keyboards and a drum kit. I have owned an accordian, a flute, a Wurlitzer organ and a myriad of mysterious "instruments" bought for me over the years by my parents.
My efforts - poor as they are - can be found here:
- Life In A Day (3.2M) - My version of the Simple Minds' classic produced on an iPad using Garageband and an M-Audio Keystation Mini 32 and an iRig microphone for the vocals
- Squidgy (1.6M) - A ditty produced with the help of my daughter (who I call Squidger) on an iPad using iSequence
- Trumpton (1.3M) - My version of the Trumpton theme tune produced on an iPad using Garageband and an M-Audio Keystation Mini 32
- Ulysses (1.6M) - My version of the Ulysses theme tune produced on an iPad using iSequence - No Vocals though!
- Ulysses (1.9M) - My version of the Ulysses theme tune with an extended intro and some wha-wha added. iPad using iSequence still.
I have recordings of me as an 11 year old playing the Wurlitzer organ! I've even managed to get them transferred from the C90 magnetic tapes to MP3 format though they still need a lot of cleaning up. Here's a sample:
- Dance The Hopak (1.9M) - Single take recording on a 3 keyboard Wurlitzer organ from the early 1980s.

And finally - an audiobook version of "Secrets About Fairies". A short children's story:
